I want to return the Byju's product and want my money back. I informed Byju's employee Mr.Sumit Rai with in ** days that I don't want this product so please take back your product and refund my money . He said me don't worry our Byju's team will come at your home and take back product and refund your money.
Now after too many days gone nobody will come to collect the product.
I also request the byju's persons give me address where I send back the product but they will not tell any thing.
Please solve my problem as soon as possible because they will call me any time in evening and asking me about paid emi .I told them many times that I didn't want this product at my home please take back your product but nothing happened , every day they call me and speaks to me very badly and give me mental tension.
Please solve my problem as soon as possible.
