One Piece Shop - Request for return and refund rejected

I ordered dress material on ** April **** from this website but received the product is totally different from the ordered product. Due to the product was very bad in quality and totally different from the ordered product I raised return request on the same day ( ** April ****) through customer care number also marked mail regarding the same to the customer care centre. Got a message from one piece shop that your cancellation request has been confirmed. But till today (* May ****) no call or mail from one piece shop to collect the product and refund of the amount. Trying to call customer care but no one is there to listen to the client query.
