Whirlpool refrigerator - Request for Replacement of Faulty Refrigerator

I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction with the performance of my Whirlpool refrigerator, model FP***D Protton Roy, which I purchased on March **, ****.


For the first year, the refrigerator functioned without any issues. However, since the warranty period ended, the appliance has consistently malfunctioned every *-* months. To date, I have had to repair the refrigerator six times, incurring costs exceeding ₹**,***. Most recently, on July **, ****, I paid ₹*,*** to address a cooling issue. Unfortunately, just four days later, the refrigerator has broken down again.

Given that I have already spent a significant amount on repairs and anticipating that I might need to spend ₹**,*** to ₹**,*** more in the coming year, I find it unacceptable to continue using this unreliable appliance. I kindly request that Whirlpool replaces my current refrigerator with a new, functioning unit at the earliest convenience.
