I am filing this complaint against MouthShut.com for failing to remove an unauthorized listing of my business, "Trans Home Packers and Movers," and for their unresponsive support. The listing URL is:

We own the registered trademark for "Trans Home Packers and Movers" (verifiable on ipindia.gov.in). I have repeatedly tried contacting MouthShut via email and their website to request removal, but their support email is not working, and I’ve received no response. This unauthorized listing harms my brand’s reputation and business.
Please assist in escalating this matter to MouthShut or advise on further action. I can provide trademark proof if needed. Thank you for your support!
