Otipy - Request for Refund

SIRISHA Y MIDAME filed complaint against Otipy on Sep 2, 2025

I am using Otipy for ordering goods through online platform from **.**.**. Last cash amount added to cash wallet is **** rupees on **.**.**. Last transaction happened on **.**.** (Transactions details attached for reference). Later, one fine day it has been shown in my Otipy account was 'your area is Unserviceable'. Therefore I have sent request for Refund (Communication attached for reference).
In their first response, Otipy customer support responded that refund will be takes place within **-** days. But no refund issued. Later, in their second response, they have sent message conveying refund will be issued as soon as possible. Currently I am not getting any messages from Otipy upon follow ups and it seems Otipy customer support is under shutdown and not reacting any more. In total, I have not received my refund of **** rupees till date.
