I am writing to file a complaint against Mspy, a company from which I purchased a subscription on July **, ****. Despite numerous attempts to install and use the service, it has not functioned as advertised. I have contacted Mspy’s customer support multiple times but have not received any satisfactory assistance or resolution.
The issues I have encountered include difficulty installing the app on the target phone, resulting in multiple failed attempts. Despite contacting Mspy’s customer support numerous times since July **, ****, I have not received adequate help or a refund, which I requested on the same day.
Given the lack of response and resolution from Mspy, I am seeking assistance in obtaining a full refund for my subscription.
