I kindly request your assistance in resolving my issue with the seller.
I placed an order for a yellow organza kurti on **th May **** and paid ₹*,*** in full. Despite waiting for over * months, I have not received the product. The seller keeps sending automatic replies stating they are checking with the courier team, but there is no real update or resolution.
I have contacted them multiple times via Instagram and WhatsApp, but they have failed to respond properly. This is a clear case of non-delivery and poor customer service.
I request intervention to help me get:
• Either the product delivered immediately,
OR
• A full refund of ₹*,***
