iFix India - Request for Refund or Immediate Resolution of Unresolved Issue with iPhone 14 Pro Repair

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the repairs conducted on my iPhone ** Pro (Invoice No: MAR-**** ), which has not been resolved despite multiple pickups/visits and repairs.

Repair History:

Initially, my device had restarting issues, and I was told that the battery needed replacement. I agreed to this repair, but the problem persisted.
After the issue continued, I was informed that the charging IC needed to be replaced. I paid ₹*,*** for this repair, but the restarting problem remains unresolved.
Today, I was advised to replace the battery again at a cost of ₹*,***, but I believe this was not the root cause of the issue, and I feel I am being asked to pay for repairs that should have been accurately diagnosed initially.
Given the fact that the problem has not been fixed after multiple repairs, I kindly request a full refund of ₹*,*** for the charging IC replacement, as the service provided did not resolve the original issue. (Phonepay No: **********)

If a refund is not possible, I request that you fix the issue properly at no additional cost and return the phone to me without further charges. It is unacceptable that I am being asked to pay more when the initial problem remains unresolved and I’ve already paid for repairs that were not effective.

Request for Resolution:

If a refund is not offered, I expect that the issue with my device be fixed immediately without further charges.
Please return my iPhone ** Pro in a fully working condition as soon as possible, and I trust you will ensure the restart issue is properly addressed this time.
