I paid ₹*,*** to the company as a price lock amount after their salesperson assured me of the following:
*. The ₹*,*** was fully refundable.
*. I would be informed about the deadline for paying the remaining booking amount.
*. The price would be held for me.

However:
• I was never informed about any deadline.
• Despite me clearly telling them that I would be able to proceed with visa and full booking payment in January, they cancelled my booking without any notice.
• After cancelling it, when I started calling to request my refund, the salesperson and their entire team stopped answering my calls.
• I have received no communication, no update, and no response after multiple attempts.

I am seeking your assistance to get my ₹*,*** refunded and to take action for the miscommunication, false assurances, and lack of response from their side.
