We have booked a hotel from MakeMyTrip which is in Haridwar we paid ***** rs for * days for the hotel and when we visited hotel it was only **** for a day and MakeMyTrip trip charged it more . In addition, the property Was the worst as per amount we paid . A/C was not working , no proper services rooms were with mosquitoes and cockroaches and still we didn’t get any call from MakeMyTrip and still not resolved my problem
