The incident occurred on may **th May ****, I had ordered for Sony *** cm LED Full HD LED Smart T.V. from Jaldifatafat.com The next day suspecting this to be a fake website, I decided to go with cancellation and refund of Rs ***** , Till now all request for refund placed through e-mails have been futile. Upon contacting the customer care-***********( This number is always switched off).The person kept harassing me for my net banking login details. and blatantly refused to refund my money.He also duped me off Rs **** on Phonpe app from my ICICI account.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
