t the time of registration, I was informed that the course would provide in-depth training on Python, Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Tableau — which heavily influenced my decision to enroll. However, after attending the sessions, I realized that the course content is primarily focused on AI topics, and the promised modules are either missing or very superficially covered. This deviation from the communicated curriculum has led to a clear mismatch between my expectations and the actual delivery.
I raised this concern via email requesting a full refund due to misleading representation, but I have not received a satisfactory response. I am seeking assistance to escalate this matter and ensure a full refund is processed promptly.
