Travel Troops Global Private Limited - Request for Refund due to Covid19

Dear Sir/Mam,
My Name is Hasit Syal (Passport No. : M******* , Aadhaar No. : ************) and this is regarding a honeymoon trip to Mauritius that i booked from PickYourTrail (Comes under Travel Troops Global private limited).The trip was booked on the *th March, ****. by Miss Rajoo. She ensured us that there is no such problem because of the coronavirus pandemic in Mauritius and as she is from the travel and tourism field, she has all the idea of where we can travel in this situation and only SriLanka and the islands are and will be safe. Trusting her words, we booked it.The total costing of the trip was Rs.*,**,***/- out of which i paid **,***/- on *th march,**** and i received my booking confirmation on the same day.I was supposed to pay the remaining amount i.e **,***/- by **th march **** for which i received a payment link on the **th march, ****, however due to the Corona-virus Pandemic, the situation around the world started getting worse, and the Indian Govt issued the advisory stating that, do not travel if not necessary. Hence we decided to check with PickYourTrail team.
Mentioning the conversation with the team day-wise below :
**th March, **** - we called up Miss Rajoo(Our booking executive from PickYourTrail ), and checked if we can still travel, for which she asked us to wait till **th march, **** (Monday) and see how the situation goes.On the same day we received an email from Mr. Anton (From booking team of PickYourTrail ), in which he shared the travel advisory of Indian govt.
**th March, **** - we checked the situation on **th and **th March, **** and called up Mr. Anton , and requested for the cancellation of the trip because we did not wanted to take any risk, on which he said that he would be sharing the cancellation policy with us.
**th March, **** - Mr. Anton did not share anything with us after which we checked with Miss Rajoo and explained her everything, and she asked us to revert on the mail that Mr Anton sent us with the travel advisory. In the revert mail, we requested for cancellation and refund. (Email screenshot attached).
**th March, ****- I tried reaching our to both Mr. Anton and Miss Rajoo, however they both did not pick up any of my calls.On the same evening, we received a call from another person from PickYourTrail, Miss Renu Devi, she said she would be taking over the case from Mr. Anton and will be sharing the cancellation policy with us. On the same night, i received an email from Miss Renu Devi. Copying the same below : ********************** *************** ******************** *********"Greetings from Pickyourtrail!!

We have placed a request to our finance team regarding the invoice, but since the entire team is overburdened with the cancellation & refund request. Team has denied the request.
Kindly go through the same & let me know your thoughts on the same.

**th March, ****- After checking the mail, I was shocked to see the cancellation charges which they said INR **,***, because the total cost for airfare was Rs.**,***/- and since our flights were refundable, we did not understand on what basis they were deducting this much amount as cancellation charges.We called up Miss Renu Devi who was now handling our booking and requested her to share the actual invoices/receipts of our booking, so that we may know how much amount they have given for our flights.Also we checked with the airlines and confirmed the price of the tickets, and from them we got to know that the price was Rs.**,***/-. I told the same to Miss Renu Devi on which she said that she cannot share the same with me, hence we had to call one of her Senior, Miss Samantha for the same.On which the details that she shared is as follows :

Thank you." ********************************* ************* **********************The invoice that they shared, did not seem actual(Attaching both) , so i requested them to share the original receipts with me, for which they denied again.
**th March,**** - For the full day, I kept on checking with the pickyourtrail team and requesting them for share the original receipts with me, but they kept on denying and said these are the only receipts that they have, hence the only way that was left with me to save this huge amount of my hard earned money was not to cancel it but reschedule it.They gave me time till **st March,**** to decide the new dates for my travel or else i could loose the complete amount that i have paid till date. But i am really scared to travel to anywhere due to this Corona virus pandemic. I have been given the time till September,**** only, hence i gave them the dates for September month. But, seeing the situation around the world i do not wish to travel.
**st March, ****- I was told by pickyourtrail team to send them an official mail stating that i am not cancelling it and rescheduling it, because as per them after if i will cancel after **nd march, ****, the cancellation charge for the hotel will get increase.I dropped them an email in which i mentioned the same that they asked and also took time till Monday (**rd March, ****).
Sir/Mam, it is a very big risk in travelling due to the current scenario. If i will travel i may catch the virus, affecting lives, and if i do not, i will loose huge amount of my hard earned money. I am being tortured and mentally harassed. I do not want to loose either my money or my life.Hence i am writing this email to you, seeking help on the same.
Kindly help me out in this situation. Also as per the current news, Mauritius has confirmed its first death from the coronavirus, while the number of confirmed cases have risen.
I or anyone has no idea when is situation is going to get better, hence i do not want to take any risk of booking any such trip.
PickYourTrail is not helping me in any way. I belong to an average earning family, salaried class. Loosing this much amount of money will effect my living.
