Prathamesh Borkar - Request for Refund Discrepancy in Charges

I am writing to address an issue regarding the vacation package I booked through GoLife. Initially, the terms were agreed upon, and payment was made as per the agreement provided by GoLife. However, GoLife has now changed the terms and is demanding additional fees, which were not part of the original agreement.

As a customer, I do not agree to pay any additional amount beyond what was initially agreed. I kindly request a full refund of the amount already paid. For reference, I have the following supporting documents:

The agreement provided by GoLife
The payment receipt
Transaction details of the payment
