Goqii - Request for refund but yet not received any refund inspite of giving all proofs asked by them

Had ordered for a waist phone holder from the app on ** feb. The order was created by mistake with original amount where as I could get it in discounted price. When I raised a complaint they told me not to accept the parcel and return it back. Did it as per said. They were supposed to refund me back my original payment amout but they started asking me to show proof of payment. Did everything they said accordingly by even showing them my bank account statement saying I didn't receive any amount from them. But alas.. no reply or mail from their side. Daily after a week or *-* days I call they just say sorry n no answer from backend team. This is getting too much. And I m getting more stressed by making daly calls n listening to the same old chat of theirs... No one responds there and this is the third time I m facing this issue. So finally decided to lodge a fraudulent complaint against goqii
