Sounce Sounce com - Request for Product Replacement Incorrect Item Received

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with my recent order (Order ID: DS****/****-**). Unfortunately, there seems to have been a mistake by your side, as I received the incorrect product.
I ordered the "Sounce Car Phone Mount Magnetic, Car Dashboard, Windshield, and Air Vent Mount, Phone Holder, Universal Magnetic Phone Car Mount with Powerful Suction Cup Built-in Strong * Magnets for all Cell Phones" priced at Rs.***.**. However, I received the wrong product ie, "Sounce Bike Phone Mount/Holder, *** Rotation Silicone Bicycle Phone Holder/Mount, Universal Motorcycle Handlebar Mount Compatible with All Smartphones."
I kindly request a replacement with the correct product that I originally ordered. Please let me know the steps I need to follow to resolve this issue at the earliest.
