Eicher - Request for Intervention and Compensation for Vehicle Damage Caused by Eicher Service Vehicle on May

On May **, ****, at *:** PM, at Shinde, a service vehicle from Eicher Company, used for repairing broken-down vehicles, bearing registration number MH ** JS ****, collided with my car from behind at a speed breaker. This collision caused significant damage to my car (MH**- BF ****). After speaking with the driver of the vehicle, he connected me via phone to their dealer's manager, Mr. Sagar Wakchaure. During the telephonic conversation, Mr. Wakchaure asked me to visit their office and assured me that they would compensate for the damages incurred. Accordingly, I visited their office at Vilholi at *:** PM. There, Mr. Wakchaure informed me that he would send an email to the senior office on Monday, May **, ****, and advised me not to worry and to leave. Following his instructions, I left the office.

On May **, ****, when I called to inquire whether the email had been sent, Mr. Wakchaure did not answer my calls. Later, he responded in an arrogant manner, saying, "Do whatever you want." I humbly request you to intervene in this matter and ensure that I receive appropriate justice.
