I enrolled in a NxtWave course through Jodo EMI. Due to severe financial hardship, no income, no family support, and full-day college commitments, I am unable to continue the course or pay further EMIs.
I requested course closure and discontinuation, but NxtWave rejected my request citing eligibility timeline, without considering my current financial condition. I have not actively used the course and have clearly communicated my inability to pay.
I am seeking relief from further financial burden and request intervention to ensure fair resolution, including stopping aggressive follow-ups and reconsideration of closure on humanitarian grounds.
