Oxxy Health - Request for action on fraudulent practices by Oxxy Health

I wish to lodge a formal complaint against fraudulent practices involving false promises of a sanctioned loan in exchange for insurance policy purchases (Initial complaint lodged on Consumer Forum: **.**.****) . I was misled into buying a Bharti AXA Life policy and an Oxxy Health Plan under the false assurance of a ₹** lakh loan sanctioned by individuals claiming to represent HDB Financial Services.
This is a breach of trust and a financial scam affecting honest, hardworking citizens of India. It is deeply concerning that such activities are being carried out in the name of reputed financial and insurance companies. It is deeply troubling that insurance and healthcare companies are enabling third-party agents to deceive citizens under the pretense of offering loans. These agents, acting on behalf of or in collaboration with these companies, mislead people into purchasing policies with false assurances of financial returns or loan disbursements.
Such heinous activities are not only unethical but also exploit the trust and financial vulnerability of ordinary citizens . By operating through third-party agents, these companies attempt to distance themselves from liability , while continuing to benefit from policy sales. This is a deliberate and organized misuse of regulatory gaps and consumer trust.
I therefore urge the authorities to look into this matter with the utmost seriousness —investigate the individuals and companies involved, and implement strong corrective action to prevent the exploitation of innocent people in the future.
Please note that a part of this complaint was solved earlier i.e., “ Bharti AXA Life Income Laabh Policy (***-*******) has been cancelled and the premium amount has been refunded to me on**.**.**** (IRDAI Token No-.(**-**-******)) . However, the matter of Oxxy Health is still pending”. Kindly do the needful and I request you to resolve the matter with Oxxy Health at the earliest.
