Hi team,
I had done a transaction on November **th for a amount of Rs**,*** in a shop and the transaction is successful but the money was not reflecting in the bank account of the shopkeeper. The agent is not at all responsive in regards to the same, no response from customer care as well not sure what's the purpose of their work. I would request you to look into this and help me in getting my money back.
