Metropolis Laboratory - Reports are not complete

I had booked for full body check up and additional tests for * of patient and blood was drawn at *am and *pm respectively by * different technicians. One of them did take payment for the services and left. Next day we receive partial reports for both the patients and we called them, why are reports incomply-then metropolis says that since we didnt receive full payment so we didn’t give you and blamed it on technicians, now we have to get reports again- again the patient has to go through the troubles of drawing blood and fasting.
