PaySense India Private Limited - Reporting Default in payment after been paid off

I applied for a personal loan with Paysense in June last year, the same was approved. The amount was to be paid back in * months, and the last payment was due in January ****. I promptly paid all my EMIs on or before the due date, and cleared the entire amount as of *rd January ****. Even the PaySense website and App show that all the monies due have been cleared. I have email communication with PaySense saying that I have paid off the entire amount. However, they keep reporting defaults in repayment, which in turn is affecting my credit score greatly. They reported default in payment once in March ****, the same was informed to the Paysense on *th March **** and they apologized and promised to rectify within **-** days. They reported default in payment for the second time on *th May **** and I have already contacted them but they seem to be very careless. Both the defaults have not been rectified yet on my report. Also, they have not closed my account according to Experian. I have attached screenshots of my payment history on the paysense app along with email communications confirming my payment.
