actually mene realme buds liya tha ujjain ki ek shop se ** aug** ko abhi **din hue hai or wo warranty me hai lekin service center wale bol rahe ki apke product ke box ke bina replace nahi hoga, dear sir/ maam aap hi btaiye kon rakhta hai box lekin mene shop wale se baat karwai to mera product or bill service center wale ne rakh liya ki me sham ko apko confirm karunga lekin ** hours se jyada ho gya hai wo mera call recive bhi nahi kar rahe hai or call cut kar rahe hai
plz isko resolve kijiye
