I had bought Leaf sonic earphones in january ****, and than even after taking so much care of them, one side of the earphone stopped working even with gentle care .I think there was a manufacturing defect.when I registered For waranty the company demanded me more *** rupees and I transferred them the amount.They took back the earphones in march ****. After that they mailed me and said that this product violates our policy rules and cannot be repaired or replaced and than I didn’t replied them because lockdown was started in our country. After * months, when lockdown was almost over, I mailed them again for the headphones. The response was same, they were not replying properly, giving short replies and telling that we have to send back product because it is not our responsibility.They were telling me that the product was tried to open by some other guy ,which violates the policy and we cannot take action. They are not ready for refund,repair or replacement. They are just not repairing my product on the name of policies in which my earphones don’t fall.Please help with this I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
