I placed an order for boAt Wave Connect | Bluetooth Calling Smartwatch on June **, ****. I received the product on *st July ****. However, there was some defect in the watch, whenever I tried powering off the watch, after * minutes the watch automatically gets powered on.
So I raised the complaint for replacement, and the product got picked up on *th July, afterward, I received an SMS stating the replacement product will be dispatched (Tracking Id-***********) and delivered within * to * working days, however, there is no communication from boat company. I have sent * email however there is no one available to respond.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
