First Call Technologies - Replacement product was not original

I had purchased an apple macbook air laptop charger from first call technologies Anna nagar chennai.

There were two options
A. Original **** rs with * year warranty
B. Compatible **** rs with * months warranty.
I purchased original for **** rs on **st may. ****.

On **th September **** the product stopped working. I returned the product on **th September **** for a replacement. The replacement was done on *st nov but the product was not original. They tried to give me a “compatible” product. When i spoke to the owner, he says they’ll give refurbished products as replacement only. This is completely unacceptable.

I’m looking a for a full refund of the invoice amount.
