Satyam Kumar filed complaint against BOAT on May 4, 2021
I encountered some problem in Boat Rockerzz *** Wireless NeckBand on April *rd. For which I registered complaint on April *th. After which the neckband was picked up by them on April **th. It reached Mumbai office on April **th and on April **th, they updated the ticket that "Replacement product is issued".
After that no update has been given by BOAT. Neither their toll-free number is working nor they're replying to the ticket.
It has been * month now.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
