I had purchased boat headphone *** pro starry nights on ** April **** . During August **** ..just about of * months of using it the power button was spoilt . I raised a complaint on **th August **** and then they promised me that I will get a exchanged different product within *-* days but till date after writing numerous emails the product has still not been delivered. Everyday they say they have escalated my complaint to higher ups but nothing is coming out of it.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
