My boat airdopes *** white model was not working so I gave it for replacement on **June but I haven't got any update on my product from July . I called customer care lots of time and every time they have new excuse product is out of stock , u will get update in * working days , u will get update in ** hours blah blah . It's been * months now I haven't got my product back . Custom care executive told me that my product is out of stock they can send me *** pro as a replacement and I agreed on that but I didn't got any update on that also . I mailed them lots of time but they don't reply back on mail also.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
