Niraj thacker filed complaint against DELL 3500 on Nov 19, 2021
One morning when i started my dell gaming laptop it wasn't getting started.When i pushed the power button the laptop started, means the fans running and the keypad backlight was getting on, but display dosent show anything...I instantly called on dell tech support help line on Aug **, ****. My laptop was under warranty and i have premium support. I thought my problem will get resolved.I explained my problem to the person from tech support team, and he did some online tests and diagnose, but it did not resolved the issue with the laptop; and suggested me that your mother board may have failed as we just did all advanced tests and your mother board has to be replaced so we are booking your part and you have to wait for max ** days.
After ** days they replied and said that the part is not available so we will replace your entire system with new one.They told me that you have to wait max ** business days for replacement.
On ** September ****, they mailed me for the approval for the replacement so please contact to WUR team as they are handling your replacement from now on...
So i mailed them, even after i have got the approval on **th September ****, WUR team kept me waiting only for approval for ** more days...
On **rd September **** again they mailed me that my system replacement is now approved and Mr. Vignesh. M from WUR team was handling my case, in this approval process only; they wasted our ** more days.
Mean while i kept mailing them but no replies at all.
than one day i called on dell tech support, Mr. Rahul sharma listed to me and told me that your issue will be heard soon and will get resolved soon as well, but even Rahul sharma from dell tech support did not get any replies from WUR team member Vignesh.
Thus, from the approval date of **th September **** to this date **th november, it has been more than ** (almost ** business days) days, and total of * and half months of waiting these days were very difficult for me as my work entirely depends on my laptop so it was a great suffering for me and it still is.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
