One Mi-led Tv was ordered and received on November **th by cash on delivery.
Nobody came for installation but received call from Flipkart to open the package on **.**.** and we have opened on **.**.** and found the display in damaged condition. It reported at once to Flipkart and they advised to wait for technician visit.
On December * rd only replacement request accepted and assurance given within December ** they would give new Tv and they shared shipment details. I have waited till December **st, on *.*.** the package was returned by Flipkart. I didn't get either replacement or refund till this date. Whenever I give mail or make a call they give incident id but nothing results favor.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
