Voltas Limited - Replacement of Voltas Split A C

I have purchased one Split AC Unit – Voltas CU *** DZX, No. *******E**EA***** from A.K.ELECTRONICS (Mr.Rajesh, Mobile-**********), Sec.*/A, Extn. Near Khurana Marble, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu for Rs.*****/- vide Receipt No.***, dated:**.**.**** (copy enclosed). The detail of AC Unit is as under:

From the last * – * days, the unit is not giving cooling. In this regard, I have made complaints with Customer Care Centre vide complaint No.***********, dated:**.**.**** and reminded many times on Customer Care Centre on Toll Free number **********. At last, one man from Contact Mobile No.**********, came and checked the AC Unit and said that this should be replaced because of internal fault/ some parts of the AC Unit needs to be replaced.

It is requested that this AC unit may be replaced immediately with new one or send a qualified engineer to resolve the fault immediately. If the problem is not solved within a days, I will be forced to approach Consumer Court.
