Newly purchase Redmi Y* set bent within ** days.
I have visited to MI Service Centre … Shreejee Enterprise, C-** first floor Raj Nagar Ghaziabad-****** but he was not provide any solution & set returned to me as it is. Your Service Center declared it wear & tear case so it’s not cover in warranty.
It is complete nonsense and how we can bend it and why I will do the self harming act .
It is an acute quality issue and you can not get rid of such cases .
I think company is waiting for some miss happening( because bent set is dangerous for use.. it’s may be blast during call conversation & battery charging ) with customers.
Service.in@xiaomi.com] mail id OR customer support not good response me.
How to tackle this company for replace mobile
or any mail id which have solve problem genuinely .
