V P S Rathee filed complaint against Snapdeal Online Shopping on Mar 20, 2019
I ordered a platinum studio grey casual blazer on **/**/**** bearing order I'd *********** , suborder id *********** and received it on **/**/****. I requested its replacement due to size issue on the same day but on **/**/****, I received an e-mail from snapdeal stating that replacement request closed as it did not pass through its internal quality checks. I sent an email to snapdeal and asked that the blazer is with me as it has not been picked up by you till this moment then how it went through your quality checks? I requested snapdeal that in case if they are not able to replace the blazer then arrange it's reverse pickup and refund my money but the customer care responded that they unable to process my return request. Since **/**/**** I sent many emails regarding my concern but every time in response of my emails the snapdeal customer care responded that they are unable to process my return request. I even asked them that they are violating their * days easy return policy but all in vain. The customer care number of snapdeal is just waste as it is not attended by any executive of snapdeal. The executive who is dealing my concern is extremely irresponsible as he didn't answer my queries and simply responded/responding carelessly by replying that we are unable to process your return request.Your co-operation towards resolution of my concern will be highly appreciated.
