*.I, LT Col Abhay Kumar Choubey,bought a Samsung inverter convertible refrigerator on ** May ****, bill att
*. within a span of two months plus the refrigerator has gone faulty. the complaint was raised(tickets raised are attached) and fault was attended by svc engineer
who on first occasion, said he can't find any fault
second occasion, he said, compressor faulty
third occasion, he came with new compressor
sir I fail to understand how the compressor of newly purchased refrigerator can go faulty.
*.Dear sir; the samsung dealers in Nagrota, jammu are selling faulty products and they are not buzzing while replacing the same. I am fed up with response of Samsung service they are not attending me . customer care just keeps asking how is the service and does not listen to the problem.
