I ordered an MI band hrx edition on **th June and my order I'd is OD******************. When I recieved it tampered so I asked for a replacement. I was supposed to get my replacement in * days but in vain. Despite of several complaints and emails I have been convinced that delay is due to the logistics department and I will get it by today and the customer care executives are only fooling me by telling that I will get it today evening by * p.m. Everyday they are saying it will be replaced in * days but till date it has not been as they are not intending to replace the product. Please help as it has caused me a lot of mental harassment and time and money.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
