boAt Earphones Rockerz 335 Active Black - Replacement of Defective Earphones

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding a pair of earphones I purchased from Venky Cell Point, PM Palem, Madhurawada, Visakhapatnam-****** on **-**-****. The transaction details are as follows:

At the time of purchase, the seller assured me of the excellent functionality of the earphones and mentioned that in the event of any defects, a replacement would be provided upon presenting the original bill.
However, on **.**.****, I went to the aforementioned shop with the non-functional earphones, along with the original bill and packaging, requesting a replacement. But, the seller refused my request and directed me to the “Service Centre”. As a senior citizen, I find it challenging to locate and visit the service centre. Despite explaining my situation and requesting assistance, the seller dismissively advised me to file a case in the Consumer Forum if dissatisfied.

Being a retired person in the State Government of Andhra Pradesh, I know how to proceed to the Consumer Forum, but it is not the way to express before a senior citizen on the part of the shop keeper to resolve the issue.

In view of the factual position, I am seeking your support in resolving this issue promptly. I request a replacement of the defective earphones
