Dhiraj agarwal filed complaint against Haier on Aug 13, 2018
We have bought ** inch Haier tv model no. LE**B**** from Shri Nagesh electronics sanquelim Goa on **/**/**** having an warranty of * years. In may **** suddenly TV stopped working so we registered complaint at customer care of Haier on **th may **** with complaint I'd GO**************. On this complaint I'd Haier technician visited twice and ensured for the replacement of damaged tv..but till today(**/**/****) we have not received replacement for the damaged tv and also the contact no. Of Haier service centre in Goa (**********) provided by the customer care of Haier is not responding.
We are continuously trying to reach official of Haier for the replacement of damaged tv but nothing is happening...
Kindly look into this urgently for replacement of damaged tv as already * months have past after lodging complaint at Haier customer care...
I have attached warranty certificate of the same....
