Respected sir i have purchased a electrical bike E Pluto *G on **.**.**** at Go E Ride **, Bharani jothi nagar , Annai nagar , *** ft road korattur chennai **.
further i have to inform i am bought the bike above shop first day received my bike from the shop and go to home same day on the way my bike suddenly off. i have inform to shop they will come with spare battery and receive my battery send to head office ( they told) after one month i will receive my battery and fix my bike after two month the same problem will come (suddenly off ). This problem coming frequently ( i am going my bike in display *th point of the battery position the bike suddenly off when riding ) * to * times i will inform the shop they told to the problems will solve at march ****. In between also i am inform the matter to customer care also. At the time mar **** i am riding a spare battery i am hand over the spare battery to shop and receive my old battery to fix my bike even the problem not stop the same problem will coming and also i have purchased a extended warranty for the same battery

In this battery the problem come frequently so please to replace the new battery to me as earlier as possible. please to take the step quickly other wise i will go to consumer court. thanking you
