Libaasqueen - Replacement not sent

I ordered women lehanga worth **** from Libaasqueen.com . they sent me the the order on **th December ****. The product was of wrong colour. I asked for replacement right away but no response for ** days. I got frustrated and wrote that provide me the refund if you don't have the correct product. To which they said we dont do refund on *th Jan. Although their tnc on website says otherwise. They picked up the product on *th January.

After that after ** mail reminders and endless whatsapp messages and calls. No one is responding. I feel cheted. I went on the instagram page as well but they have limited the comments on their page just to hide the scam they are running.
