I had bought a Nokia * plus on *th June. It was delivered on **th June. It had some issues so I decided to return it. The delivery guy picked the phone on **th June. It is **th June today, ** days since, I haven't received a replacement. I have emailed you at least * times and phoned the customer care * times. Everytime I get a response saying the issue will be resolved in ** to ** hours. The order number was *****.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
