gadgets destiny - replacement not made

I ordered a phone cover from gadget destiny on ** December **** and received it om ** december. After receiving i noticed the color of the phone cover was different I immediately messaged them and they said they will replace the cover. After that they kept making excuses whenever i asked about the status of the cover. On ** january **** I asked strictly and they said you will get the cover on ** January **** but they didn't they made excuses. I called them today(** january ****) a women answered and said she will give me a refund and will call back after a while but she never called back and when I called they didn't answer I have been messaging them but they don't reply they see my messages but don't reply. I have proof of everything
