My Kia SonetL infotainment (engine display) system has been non-functional and
pending replacement under warranty.
The issue was initially reported to Epitome Kia, Whitefield on ** March
****. Despite repeated follow-ups over the past one month, there has been
no resolution, no confirmed timeline for replacement, and no proactive
communication.
Vehicle Details:
• Model: Kia Sonet
• Registration No: KA** MJ ****
• VIN: MZBFF***LNN******
The infotainment/display unit is a critical component of the vehicle, and
the prolonged delay in replacing the same under warranty is unacceptable.
This clearly amounts to deficiency in service and poor customer experience.
It is concerning that:
• No clear status of part availability has been provided
• No escalation or alternate solution has been offered
• The vehicle continues to remain with a major functionality impacted
