Muscle Grid - Replacement not delivered

I have bought an * kva ** -*** Volt stabilizer on date **/**/**** from muscle grid company . After * months stabilizer got damaged. Due to winter season I have have not raised complaint because voltage was enough for my home appliances. After that start of summer season I have contact company mo no ********** on WhatsApp. They asked for invoice share. I shared my invoice same day. After that they asked a photo of internal part circuit plate. I asked them to send technician for that . But they denied for sent technician. After that I arrange a technician and send photo of circuit plate on date **/**/****.after that they said for registration warranty on official website portal. I registered warranty on date **/**/**** and raise a service ticket on date **/**/**** . After ticket generation they share a COD dispatch document of pcb . The stabilizer is under * year warranty . On ** /**/ **** thay cancelled dispatch. I asked for cancellation reason but proper response given by them . After that they share new receipt of dispatch on date **/**/**** . Pcb was delivered at date **/**/**** and I have to pay *** rs for that . I call an technician for replacement pcb . Pcb was replaced but stabilizer was still not working. I told them about it . They asked to share vedio of stabilizer. I shared stabilizer vedio on date **/**/****. They responded on date **/**/**** and said it will be replaced and you have to pay **** rs for replacement. I denied for pay for replacement and request to sent an technician visit for repair. They denied for replacement without charge and denied for technician visit. I was helpless so I have to agree for pay replacement charges. After that they share picup receipt on date **/**/**** . Stabilizer picked from my location on date **/**/****. After picup stabilizer was delivered to company and then I request to sent my replacement stabilizer. They shared replacement receipt on date **/**/**** . But dispatch was cancelled by company without telling reason on date **/*/**** . After that every day they promise that today it will be dispatch. But still today date **/**/**** stabilizer is not dispatched. I am maintely disturbed for my loss . I also raised a complaint on NCH complaint no ******* .
