Videocon tv - Replacement issue with Videocon

The screen/panel of my TV is not working. My TV was in under warranty at the time of this issue i.e. November ****. Every single time when I called them they given me excuse that your part is not delivered yet and you will be informed when its reach out to the service centre.
And I’m writing this to you on dated **-**-**. Almost one-year long delay and still I have not solution.
Now the matter is that what they are saying after one year that your panel is not possible to repair so that we have approved a replacement for your and for that you have to be charged for a little amount.
Now their service executive is asking money to me around ****/- for my **-inch model and my Tv was full HD and they are providing me HD Ready. And they offering me the Videocon TV only and the most important thing that I live in Noida and to get the delivery of this replacement I have to visit there Delhi centre there is not any doorstep service regarding this. They are saying this to me when I have already paid them INR ***/- for their services at the time when they came to check my Tv.
I want to bring this in your notice that is totally loss to me if I pay INR ****/- to them for their **** technology and without warranty too.
I said to them please refund me the same amount after your depreciation whatever it says your policy but they have refused my proposal and harassing me.
