Exide Batteries - Replacement in warranty period

I have purchased a two wheeler battery from local dealer at Parbhani Maharashtra since a year ago. Unfortunately I have lost battery invoice and warranty card. After arising problem I am request to local dealer for replace the battery but dealer denied to replace the battery without invoice and warranty card. I am asked to verify geniune battery serial number and trace battery cover in under warranty or if any but dealer not supported to replace the battery. Then I am self registered the battery online then request to replace but dealer denied and asked not possible to replace after online registration. As per government not required hard copy of invoice and warranty card. Manufacturer is liable to maintain all details to whom manufacturing material details and check it's genuine ness. So I am simply requested to replace my battery in warranty period
