Haier - Replacement Haier Led within warranty

We've purchased haier led tv from reliance's store ghodbander road thane on **th april ****. At the time of purchase product was sold with an information that it's *years replacement warranty. My product got some technical problem in the month of april ****. Than we'd launched complaint with haier on ** may ****. Their engineering visited and told that led tv has some problem in panel which is covered under the three years warranty. We've paid **** rupees visiting charges. We'd provided the bill copy to the engineer and the company, however tv was not replaced even after * months. After a long followup company people refused to provide replacement of the tv. They're asking for warranty card, however reliance digital store didn't provide any warranty card and had told that tha electronic billcopy will be treated as warranty card and no other crad is required in this case. We attach the bill copy for the reference. Please assist in the replacement of the tv.
