Purchased dell laptop on *th dec **** and after just ** days it started automatically shuting down while i was working wifi card sometimes not detected and day by day my problems increased. Everytime i call cc and asked for replacement they ask me to install drivers update n all. Twice they replaced my motherboard and once ram but problem still not sorted. Wifi cards also replced. But system didnot worked smoothly after spending * mths with faulty system. After a lot of pain they agreed to replace it confirmed that on **th june ** for replacement by saying the process will take **-** days
Picked up the laptop on *th August **
But today **th August thr is no update when will i get that replacement after spending ** k in dec now August is abt to finsh not at all worked properly even once.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
