I bougt boat bassheads *** from Flipkart ** months back but now one side of headphone was not working so i have registered comlaint on * August and it was approved by boat on * th August my ticket number is ******* their business partner blue dart collected that faulty headphones from me on **th August and it was delivered to service center on ** August but yet i have not get any repaired or replaced headphones from boat also i have not received any confirmation message or mail they are not replying my calls and mails
