Product : boAt Airdopes *** | Wireless Earbuds with Massive Playback of upto ** Hour, IPX* Water & Sweat Resistance, IWP Technology, Type C Interface - Cool Sapphire
The product packaging is already tampered. It's edges are already torned.
It has scratches all over the box.
It have many seals on it of different dates as if it has travelled a lot from person to person and is already used up. The warrenty card is also missing in the box. The charging cable is also not even rapped.
In addition it is also have network connectivity issues and the sound is also cracking while calling.
I am very dissatisfied with boat. It was my worst experience ever. I also feel scamed by boat as without the warenty card I could not even replace it. Now I just want my full refund back as soon as possible.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
